This is the fourth Quarterly SHRM NC meeting of 2025. We are in person 8:30 am-3:30 pm. Networking begins at 8 am.

         We have worked with the local community and have a few options:

         Option 1 - Fairfield Marriott  Book your group rate for SHRM NC Q4 Meeting

If you want to go ahead and make your reservation, you can call the Fairfield Marriott at (252) 940-5630 and ask for the SHRM NC Q4 room block. The cutoff date for the room block is November 21st, 2025.*

         Option 2 - Elmwood 1820 - gorgeous inn only a mile from the meeting location

Option 3 - Pam Pippen has been working with the local bed and breakfast community and can work with you to secure an Airbnb. Please reach out to Pam at pam@pippinresourcegroup.com to secure this option.

*All reservations must be pre-approved by Katrina Gooch or Dawna Blackburn and made by the cutoff date. Refer to the reimbursement policy for specific guidelines.

**SHRM NC State Council Meeting Cancellation Policy: Due to the cost incurred by the state council on your behalf for meetings, food, and beverage; we ask for a 72-hour notice to the SHRM NC President, if you cannot attend. Failure to do so will result in your chapter being charged a $50.00 fee. Being good stewards of state council and chapter funds is everyone’s responsibility. Thank you for your cooperation.
